- Learn how to Pre-qualify a member for a home loan - Completing the Pre-qualification process is made simple and easy. You’ll also discuss what will be required of the member during the application process
- Complete a mortgage application - Learn the details of filling out a mortgage application to help you better serve your member
- Gain a basic understanding of the underwriting process - Real life scenarios to help you understand the process along with learning how to read a credit report and explain to your member what happens during loan closing
