Ms. Keller has more than 15 years of diverse mortgage industry experience that includes her own underwriting education firm, underwriting management and consultative sales services. She has contracted with Fannie Mae to write and facilitate Desktop Underwriting training programs and manage the testing of a new automated underwriting workflow process. Anne has developed and facilitated dozens of learning programs for audiences as varied as Central Asian undergraduate business students to microfinance lenders to real estate and mortgage industry professionals. She understands process reengineering challenges, can resolve competing constituent interests, builds consensus and accomplishes goals. She has a Master’s degree from the University of Washington in Seattle and a Bachelor’s degree from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. |
